What is Diabetes?
It is a metabolic disorder in which the level of glucose or sugar in the body’s blood increases significantly. , If there is not enough insulin present in the body, glucose does not reach the blood cells and it gets accumulated in the blood.
Excess sugar in the blood can prove harmful for you. Uncontrolled diabetes can lead to serious problems such as heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, kidney disease and blindness. So, the best way to manage your diabetes and keep your blood sugar under control is to consult with your doctor.
What are the signs/symptoms of diabetes?

How to cure diabetes and prevent diabetes
- Adequate sleep: 7 to 8 hours of sleep should be taken so that diabetes remains under control.
- Fruits that are low in glycemic control, such as berries, cherries, apples and pears, it’s commonly recommended for people with diabetes.
- Diabetes should be checked periodically.
- One should stay away from stressful environment and be worry-free, diabetes is cured to a great extent.
- 2 or 3 liters of water should be used daily
- A diabetic patient should move around more.

Diabetes treatment with Ayurveda
- Jamun juice, leaves and seeds help in eliminating diabetes from its roots.
- Fenugreek should be consumed by diabetic patients. If you eat 50 grams of fenugreek regularly daily, your glucose level will definitely go down, and you will get relief from diabetes.
- Diabetes patients should consume bitter gourd, a chemical called keratin is found in bitter gourd, it acts as a natural steroid, due to which the sugar level in the blood does not increase.
- 100 ml of bitter gourd. Mixing the same amount of water in the juice and taking it three times a day is beneficial.
- Mix flour of millet, gram, barley and maize should be consumed which keeps diabetes under control.
