10 Essential Tips for Better digestion in humans
Proper digestion is very important for our body, without it the body does not get sufficient amount of energy due to which our body becomes very weak and diseased.
The process of digestion starts from our mouth where our tongue and salivary gland are present which makes the food sticky.
Then the food reaches the stomach through the esophagus where the food is broken into very fine pieces with the help of gastric acid.
Then it enters the small intestine where digestion of food begins.
Then the remaining digestion is completed in the large intestine and the waste comes out through the rectum. This is the complete process of digestion.
How can digestion be improved?

Consuming adequate balanced diet
Choosing the food which is good for health and eating it in the right proportion is beneficial.

Due to smoking, the digestive power and lungs become weak and the juices required for digestion are not produced.

Drink enough water in daily routine
At least 2 to 3 liters of water should be drunk every day.
One should not drink water for one hour after eating food.
Eating junk and fast food should be avoided
Junk food and fast food are injurious to health, contain high fat content and use large amounts of chemicals.

Include fiber rich foods in your diet
Food items which contain high fiber should be consumed, which strengthens digestion and keeps away problems like constipation.
Practice yoga in sufficient quantity
